"I really like the basic idea of..."
I really like the basic idea of Rent the Runway, and I kind of assumed that because it’s a pricier service, the customer support would be solid. That was my shortcut thinking, I guess. I had a late delivery issue and it took way too long to get an actual helpful answer. Most of the replies felt like they were pulled from a template, and I never felt like anyone really owned the problem or fixed it. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for what you’re paying, I expected the process to be smoother

"Dress showed up looking great"
The dress came in really good condition. I checked it over like I usually do, assuming there might be a small mark or some wear somewhere, but I didn’t notice any stains or issues. it looked almost new to me

"Worth it if you rent regularly"
I feel like Rent the Runway is a good deal if you’ve got a few events coming up or need to switch up work outfits. I wasn’t totally sure at first because some of the one-time rental prices can seem kind of high, but the membership started to make more sense once I used it more.
I’m giving it 4 stars because overall the value is solid, though it can be frustrating when the sizes I want are already gone. Still, I guess it’s hard to complain too much when it’s cheaper than buying dresses or outfits I’d probably only wear once.

I was surprised by how many cute styles they had, not just dresses but everyday pieces too.
